After Service Of Honghua ：
1. Service team ： We have a professional service team of more than 150 members with rich experiences of rig installation and commissioning. With proficient professional technologies and rich on-site experiences, this team can judge, analysis and solve all kinds of problems timely and correctly. Meanwhile they can guide users to better operate drilling equipments. Honghua service personal have been providing timely, fast and satisfied services for users all over the world with proficient technology and active service attitudes.

2. Service Commitments:
Before rig delivery, We offer our client a two-week free training of theories and practice for 8 – 10 persons in Honghua training center ；

When our rigs arrive at clients' site, a 30-day training of on-site installation, commissioning, operation and trouble-shooting for 3 – 5 persons will be offered by us;

After receiving clients' feedback of any quality problems, within 24 hours, a correct and complete reply will be given back. For those problems needed to be solved on site, we guarantee to send service staffs to clients' site within a week after getting visas. For clients in Sichuan and other rural areas, 24 hours and 72 hours are the respective time limit for our service staffs to arrive and solve problems on site.

Within guarantee period, we supply free after service. After guarantee period, we offer remote technical service and extensive service.
