Main features:

Double function swivel consists of housing, stem, packing unit, air motor, gooseneck and elevator bail etc. The stem is connected to housing through bearings and upper and lower caps. Its lower end of the stem is connected to drill pipe, and upper end to packing unit device. The bail is connected to housing by bail pin and hanged at hook. The gooseneck is installed on the top of upper cover, its out end is connected to rotary hose. In order to let the mud flow from the gooseneck to the stem and sealed properly, there is a packing unit installed between them. Air motor is installed on the upper cover, drive the stem rotate through air control friction clutch and gear reducer to realize spinning function.

Equipped with standard elevator bail and double pin alloy steel subs.

Wash tube and packing unit are box type structure, can be replaced quickly on the drill floor without disconnecting rotary hose and gooseneck.

A separate hole on gooseneck top provides a passage for logging line.
