Main features of work over rig:
The drawworks,mud pumps,top drive and CRI of 180T offshore work over rig adopt complete digital AC VF system. Three 1500kVA/600V 50Hz diesel generators supply power to drawworks,mud pumps, top drive and CRI.The VF speed regulation control systems all adopts digital control technology.Such rig has good speed regulation performance, strong overloading capacity,high stability,strong capacity of resisting disturbance. The whole system is with optimal design and proper layout so that its operation is easy and stable and the maintenance and repairing is easy.ABB products are used for the VF device of this system and for the breakers and contactors, Schneider and ABB products are chosen.And PLC system and touch screen, PROFIBUS adopts Siemens product series.
