The drawworks,mud pumps,top drive and CRI of 135T offshore work over rig adopt complete digital AC VF system. This rig is full electric driving rig with diesel generators supplying power to drawworks,mud pumps, top drive and CRI.The VF speed regulation control systems all adopts digital control technology.Such rig has good speed regulation performance, strong overloading capacity,high stability,strong capacity of resisting disturbance. The whole system is with optimal design and proper layout so that its operation is easy and stable and the maintenance and repairing is easy.ABB products are used for the VF device of this system and for the breakers and contactors, Schneider and ABB products are chosen.And PLC system and touch screen, PROFIBUS adopts Siemens product series.
