Main features:
The power and transmission, control, lifting systems and crown block and mast of main equipments are installed collectively on a special semi-trailer chassis. It is simple for installation and fast for moving. The reliable mechanical transmission is used for rotary table (RT) and drawworks (DW) to ensure the convenience of maintenance.
The optimized design of compound gear box realizes the function of single engine operation or compound operation; RT climbing chain box is driven by the drive shaft of the compound drive box, so reduces the drive aspect and simplified installation and makes the transmission reliable.
In accordance with the characteristics of low temperature environment, fully optimized design has been made for materials, lubrication and sealing, hydraulic and pneumatic control, electric transmission and control etc. So it meets the requirements of -45 ℃～ 40 ℃ operation environment. The load bearing components such as crown block, mast, substructure, ladders, handrails, drawworks and the parts related to human safety are all made of the anti- low temperature materials.
There are automatic temperature-control electric heating devices for speed regulation box and chain box.
It is selective for heat reservation shield, steam-heating system, the racking board and driller's cabin can be heated locally, and other heating measures can be used for improving the operation environment as well.
