2008
● On June 6 th ,2008, SLB drilling rig was delivered from manufacturing factory.
● On August 31 st ,2008, we signed sales agreement and purchase agreement with Nabors group respectively.
● On July 8 th ,2008,  the celebration ceremony of the first 9000m super deep drilling rig's completion in China was held.
● On May 26 th ,2008, we signed a strategic alliance agreement with China National Offshore Oil Corporation.
● On March 7 th ,2008, Honghua Group was formally listed on main board of the stock market.

2007
● In October, 2007,  Nabors International as a strategic investor entered Honghua.
● In June,2007, Honghua Group Co., Ltd. was registered on Cayman Islands , which holds 100% stock shares of Sichuan Honghua Petroleum Equipment Company through Honghai International Co., Ltd. (A company with limited liability registered in Hong Kong).
● In March, 2007, the fully-owned subsidiary of CNOOC, China Ocean Oilfields Services ( Hong Kong ) Limited entered Honghua as a financial investor.

2006
● In November, 2006, Carlyle Group, The development Principles Group, Vincera group, IP Cathay One, L.P. invested in Honghua as financial investors.
● In September, 2006, Chuanyou Ganghan Honghua Co., Ltd. was formally renamed to be Sichuan Honghua Pertroleum Equipment Co., Ltd.
● In August, 2006, Chuanyou Ganghan Honghua Co., Ltd. grew up to be a foreign-owned enterprise.
● From July to November in 2006, through share acquisition, Chuanyou Ganghan Honghua Co., Ltd. held 80% of stock shares of Sichuan Honghua International Co., Ltd., Chengdu Hongtian Electric Drive Engineering Co., Ltd., Sichuan Honghua Youxin Petroleum Machinery Co.,Ltd., Honghua America , LLC.

2005
● In November, 2005, the first digital-controlled VF trailing drilling rig made in China reached USA .
● On April 22 nd , 2005, We signed main frame agreement with Nabors Group.

2004
● In October, 2004, We started global development process and set up a subsidiary in USA . From then on , We began to enter American market.

● In May, 2001, We developed and sell the first Digital-controlled VF Electric drilling rig, namely DBS drilling rig.

1998
● In July, 1998, We successfully developed the first 7000m mechanical drilling rig of China .
